I’m done with this company for good! While I was checking out, they threw in what I thought was a free wig after all the discounts. Of course, I tossed it in my cart since it was free. Fast forward three days, and I hadn’t heard a peep from them. When I reached out, I found out that the free wig was backordered, which put my whole order on hold. I needed clip-ins for Mother's Day, so I asked if they could ship those separately. They said yes, but the next day, still no shipment. I’ve asked for a contact number through chat three times, and they just keep dodging the question without offering any real help. If you decide to shop here, be ready for some nonsense.
