I will never EVER order from this company again! I was checking out when they offered what I considered a free wig after all the discounts. Naturally, I added it to my cart bc it was free well 3 days later and no word from the company I reach out and was told the free wig was on backorder, and bc of that my entire order was on hold. Well I wanted clip-ins for Mother's Day and asked if they could be shipped separately and was told sure checked the next day and still no shipment. I've literally asked via chat for a contact number 3x and they dance around the question and don't really help or give a crap. If you order from this company expect some bs.

Luvme inadvertently forgot to place my free gift in with my wig purchase (19th purchase) I probably wouldn’t have noticed because I have so many of their free gifts. Before my wig could arrive they sent me an email making me aware of the error and they offered me a $15 gift card. This is the epitome of stellar customer service.

This was my 1st time ordering from Luvme Hair and I was skeptical as I have been very disappointed with ordering units on line from other companies. They always look great in the photos shown but it’s a different story when you receive it. I was surprised and happy when I received my unit! It is absolutely beautiful! The hair is full and curly just as I like it, it fits well and looks great on! It looks just like the photo! I have colored it and it looks great! I am very pleased! My daughter has ordered from Luvme Hair several times and has been very happy with each unit she ordered! I recommend Luvme Hair!

LuvMe has always provided me with the best quality hair. There's a lot of fake websites that one should watch out for. If it's too good to be true then that's exactly what it is. LuvMe will never say anything 3 for $59 or 3 for anything. They always provide an order number that starts with LM and gives updates on your shipment
